I added to my web sites the new PayPal CheckOut system (10 days of work to do that...).
Now some Customers can also select to Purchase using the new 3 installments feature of PayPal. No fee for the buyer.
If that option will be avaibable to the Buyer is not under my control.
PayPal will decide for each Buyer of each Country if that option will be avalable.
