When I finish a wing I can only export it to stl file.
CAD programs like Fusion 360 or Solidworks could convert to solid a so huge STL files so. What is the solution to create a solid model to create the CAM file?

You need a 3D Cam application able to read STL files in input.
Google for it, I don't supply it as the market is already full of them
