    Hallo

I am using a licensed version of DevFusCam 4.
Although I have some experience with AutoCad, I have great problems using the CAD attachment/section of this program. Unfortunately, the help functions don't help me.
    I have the following questions:
    1) How can I, for example, save objects that belong together (same type of
wood, thickness or color) in one layer each.
So far I have unfortunately not been able to move a single object into a
    layer using the button functions.
    2) Where can I find an explanation of the "snap" functions?
    3) Can I use the "New CAD Document" function
to generate freely chosen objects? If yes, I'm looking for something like the
"Polyline"function, which I am used from AutoCad,.
    4) Some Laser-cut-shops can only work with special versions/vality period
    of DXF.
    Which version/ are you using?

I would be very grateful for your help

The Cad and Cam sections included in devFus Cam 4 are not full Cad/Cam applications, but just a tool to rearrange the position and size of elements.
You need devCad Cam Pro3 to have the features you ask for.
