You can find here some simple and basic rules for this Forum:
- This is a low traffic Forum, intended to offer Help to the users of Profili and devXXX applications. This simple rule is the main guide of the forum, and inspire most of the following rules.
- The official language is English, messages with a different language will be deleted
- Please don't abuse of this forum, before asking for help please read well the Help file. Most of times the right answer is there.
- To report possible bugs, problems or licensing issues please contact [email protected]. The email assistance have bigger priority than this forum, and is performed on shorter times. Messages about bugs or problems will be deleted. And always update to the latest release, when you find a bug, before sending an email about that.
- The message must be inserted in the right section
- Messages about the way the forum is managed will be deleted.
- If you make a question about an 'How to', specify well the application type and version, and exactly what you need to do. If possible specify also the name of the dialog or page of the application.
- Every user will automatically build his own reputation on this forum. Reputation will increase if you answer in costructive and usefull way to other user's questions, or if you add interesting link or discussions. Will decrease if you make too many questions about issues already explained in the Help file, or if you don't follow the forum rules. If your reputation is low you have more probabilities to have your messages deleted or to be banned. The user reputation is not public.
- Messages not referring to Profili and devXXX applications, or not including a proper content according to the Forum guidelines will be deleted.
- To keep the forum clean the Administrator reserves the right to delete old solved and not useful to other users discussions.
- Spammers or users abusing of this Forum will be banned.
- If you don't like the rules of the forum, please unsubscribe it. Messages about your complaints will be deleted.
